In the article the problem of training staff for the sphere of additional education of children is actualized. Options of staff training at the bachelor of additional education level are described. The competence-based training model of the bachelor on the basis of the coordinated analysis of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Vocational Education in 'Pedagogical education', the drafts of professional standards of pedagogical staff in the sphere of additional education of children (teacher of additional education, teacher-organizer) and requirements of the labor market to the experts in this sphere are represented.
