| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of anaesthetic management of hereditary spherocytosis (HS) for cholecystectomy and splenectomy in 28-year-old female weighing 40 kilogram (kg). The patient received one unit of packed cells after surgery and used I V fentanyl and I V paracetmol infusions to alleviate post-operative pain. It mentions the successful management of patient with HS posted for cholecystectomy and laparoscopic splenectomy. |
