Construction of Harbin City Driving Cycle.

Abstrakt: Aiming at the problems of demonstrating operation new energy vehicle in Harbin, powertrain system matching and optimizing methods of the bus, actual speed of Harbin city bus is measured by GPS and divided into kinematics sequences. The characteristic of the kinematics sequence is analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Harbin city driving cycle is constructed and compared with Chinese city driving cycle and Manhattan city driving cycle. The results show that the average speed of Harbin city driving cycle is lower than Chinese city driving cycle, the average acceleration and deceleration speeds are higher than Chinese city driving cycle, and the idle proportion is lower than Manhattan city driving cycle. The bus production and development department in Harbin should use the Harbin city driving cycle to design and match more suitable powertrain system of the new energy bus, and improve the driving economy by optimizing control strategy.
