Abstrakt: The article presents a study which analyzes the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among the staff of the Isfahan branch of the Welfare Organization in Iran. The three components of organizational justice are highlighted which are distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. The study concludes that organizational justice leads to overall job satisfaction.
