| Abstrakt: | The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the assessment of conditioning-specific movement tasks (CSMTs) and physical fitness measures in talent identified under 16 year old rugby union players. Researchers evaluated 156 players. They found that most players could not competently perform the CSMTs used in rugby conditioning and may not be prepared to transition to competition level rugby. |
