Abstrakt: The frequencies of the LPL, CETP, APOE, F2, F5, F7, F13, FGB, ITGA2, ITGB3, PAI-1, MTHFR, MTRR, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1 gene polymorphisms associated with a predisposition to age-related pathologies were analyzed in long-lived people from the Moscow region. The long-lived people were characterized by a favorable course of cardiovascular diseases against the presence of certain genetic factors. Among the latter are the H-H- genotype of the LPL gene and the ɛ2 allele of the APOE gene from the group of genes involved in lipid exchange; the CC genotype of the MTHFR gene (677C > T) from the group of genes regulating the folate cycle; the TC genotype of the ITGB3 gene and the GA genotype of the FGB gene from the group of genes that are responsible for the coagulation system; and HLA- DRB1*11 from the group of the major histocompatibility complex genes.
