The article presents a case study of a five-year-old boy who was admitted to the emergency department due to acute onset of left quadrant abdominal pain after being pushed, fallen, and run over by his classmates. Chest X-ray was normal and urine examination revealed microscopic hematuria. Information about kidney and renal injuries is provided. |
