Abstrakt: |
The article presents two case studies of patients diagnosed with lipedematous scalp. It notes the results of the patients' examination that does not feature pachydermoperiostosis, myxedema and acromegaly. Revealed in the histopathology of their scalp lesions is the mild to focal moderate histiocyte and lymphocyte perivascular infiltrates. It is concluded that lipedematous scalp is attributable to the scalp's dysesthetic syndrome. |
