| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the importance of Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) under the influence of Islamic Law. Topics discussed include treatment of disabled people under the Islamic law and CRPD, relation of Shari'a with CRPD and other international instruments necessary for the regulation of CRPD. It further discusses the other sources of Islamic Law which include the Qur'an, the Sunnah and Qiyas. |
