Presents data for seven years of follow-up of non-small-cell lung cancer patients enrolled in the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB) trial which showed that induction chemotherapy before radiation therapy improved survival. Chemotherapy with cisplatin and vinblastine; Treatment failure in the irradiated field and at distant sites in patients. |
