Assesses whether a loading dose of pralidoxime, a cholinesterase reactivating agent, followed a continuous infusion would maintain therapeutic levels longer than traditional short infusion regimen of pralidoxime. Use of pralidoxime in the treatment of organophosphate poisoning; Adverse effects from both treatment protocols. |
