The article offers information about the opinion of the Connecticut Probate Court on case In Re: Estate of Patriciann Moran that was executed in the Probate Court of Stratford district, Connecticut. Topics discussed include claims of the granddaughters for lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence in the revised will and trust documents, disinheritance of granddaughters from the will of their grandmother and burden of proof. It further discusses the evidence of testamentary capacity. |
