The article focuses on a report released by the U.S Congressional Research Service, a public policy research arm of the Congress, as of 2009 on political conditions in Jordan and U.S-Jordan relationships. Topics discussed include decision of U.S Congress to provide future aid to Jordan, shortage of economic resources in Jordan and role of Jordan in Arab-Israeli peace process. Also mentioned is the disruption of U.S-Jordan relations due to Jordan's reluctance to join anti-Iraq coalition. |
