This paper provides a behavioral systems analysis approach to performance improvement in rehabilitation settings. We describe six Performance Truths and a diagnostic tool, the Behavioral Systems Analysis Questionnaire to provide a comprehensive and methodological framework for analyzing organizational performance. A comprehensive analysis, as described here, will help any rehabilitation administrator identify the critical areas in which to focus improvement efforts in order to better achieve their organizational mission efficiently.
