Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the expansion of the defense of the after-acquired evidences for including the post-termination misconduct. Topics discussed include the post-termination misconduct of the employee, employee's misconduct due to unlawful discrimination at workplace and claims of resume fraud as well as on the job misconduct against the employees. It further discusses the various aspects making plaintiff unable for reinstatement.
