The article discusses several arbitration-related developments in America in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the 2011 case AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion which deals with the nation's Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and the enforceability of arbitration agreements with class action waivers. State laws, motions to compel arbitration, and the U.S. Constitution are mentioned. Certiorari and the Oklahoma Supreme Court are examined, along with state courts in America. |
