Sarcoidosis with ocular involvement.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old man with a two-month history of floaters, photophobia, and blurry vision of the right eye. He denied any systemic disease and best corrected visual acuity was 20/50 in the right eye and 20/25 in the left eye. The retinal arteries were narrowed and invisible at the far peripheral retina. The article discusses symptomatic sarcoidosis with corticosteroid therapy, and cytotoxic drugs including methotrexate.
