Abstrakt:	The author discusses aspects of his profession in child psychology, particularly on the 2013 Logan Wright Award of which the author has been recognized for his excellency in the profession. The author is particular on the concepts of team science, team care, team training, and team leadership. Also explored is the author's application of principles in several areas including integrated clinical care, training and mentorship, and administration and leadership.
