Abstrakt: Analyzes the activities of twelve-year old students solving problems of polygonal tilings and improving on this occasion their knowledge of plane geometry. Presentation of the thinking processes of the students in two principal categories; Comparison of the teaching with the analogous one organized on the same theme (tilings of the plane) and analyzed in another study.
