According to the analysis data of the solid block in the molecular sieve dehydration unit of wet gas reinjection engineering at Zananor oil field, Republic of Kazakhstan, the solid block is determined as elemental sulfur and its mixture. The cause of sulfur in the unit and the effects of equipment, pipe, valve in the unit etc. are analyzed and the amending plan is provided. t gives reference for the design of similar molecular sieve dehydration unit for natural gas containing oxygen and hydrogen sulfide.
