| Abstrakt: | The article examines the New York City-based art collectors Peter and Jamie Hort. Particular focus is given to how both Peter and Jamie grew up in families that collected art. Additional topics discussed include their focus on purchasing works by young, museum-track artists, how they purchase many of their artworks through New York City-based art galleries and insights on their works by artists including Matt Keegan, N. Dash and Tom Friedman. |
