Abstrakt: The microdipole mechanism of electromagnetic emission induced by a high-power γ-ray pulse is theoretically studied. The model of electromagnetic field generation has been developed and investigated. It is shown that conductivity affects the microdipole component of radiation only slightly, and the amplitude and waveform of the detected signal do not depend on the duration of the γ-ray pulse.
