Abstrakt: The article offers information on the secondary structure in the 5' untranslated region of adhE microRNA, which is required for RNase G-dependent gene regulation in Escherichia coli. Topics discussed include cell metabolism, RNA extraction and Plasmid construction. It also discusses the cleaving procedure of phosphodiester bond in adhE mRNA by RNase in E. coli.
