Abstrakt: | Research is presented which determines the optimal stimulation parameters as well as calculation methods for estimating quadriceps voluntary activation while minimizing the discomfort of the 12 adult participants. The study found that the doublet pulse current stimulus produced less discomfort during the relaxed state and during maximal volitional isometric contractions. |
