The article describes the case of a 53-year-old female patient who experienced ventricular tachychardia following hyoscine-N-butyl bromide (HBB) administration during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Particular focus is given to her medical history, as well as sedation induction with midazolam and propofol. Treatment regimen for hypotension, cardiac enzymes level, and echocardiography findings are also mentioned. |
