| Abstrakt: |
The article describes the case of a 70-year-old man with a history of chronic liver disease who presented with increasing scrotal pain and swelling. It provides information on patient's medical background, the clinical presentation of the disease and the results of diagnostic imaging. The case suggests that left renal vein thrombosis can present with acute scrotal pain and a unilateral varicocoele and that anticoagulation with heparin is the best method of treatment. |
