Abstrakt:	The article provides an outline for organizing a science, technology, engineering, and mathematical (STEM) career day, or STEM day, for middle school students. Topics include the nature of science guidelines in the book "A Framework for K-12 Science Education," an event activities timeline, and tips for selecting and obtaining a keynote speaker. Recruiting presenters, event scheduling, and covering the day's expenses are also discussed.
