The article reports the net cost savings of securitization and the finance debt transactions necessary to achieve the savings. It discusses the finance debt transaction framework for various types of the received aberrant contracts. Topics discussed include the bankruptcy tax on the credit, securitization and finance requirements and requirements of the aberrant contract receivables. |
