The article illustrates two cases of xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) associated with squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), both involving women in their thirties, born of consanguineous marriages, with a history of photosensitive skin disorder and photophobia, later developing firm, prominent masses in the right eye and over the left cheek and nose, respectively. The masses were excised in both patients, who were prescribed to wear goggles and protective clothing, and to take isotretinoin capsules daily. |
