| Abstrakt: | In this article, the author focuses on the requirement of leadership and support of corrections administrators in improving the conditions of prison and jail. He offers suggestions to improve conditions of jails. He suggests administrators on being advised on facts, circumstances and wrong-doing in prisons. He states that one should appreciate the efforts of lawyers for their concerns for prisoners. He emphasizes on avoiding litigation from perceived civil rights violations by prisoners. |
