The operator ... was considered in [7] with nonnegative integers p,q 2 Z+, p < q+1, i.e. when it increases the powers. Here we consider arbitrary powers Hs in the case when H decreases the powers, i.e. when p > q+1, in the space A0 of the functions analytic in nighbourhoods of the origin in the complex plane C.
