The article presents criticism on kung fu films "Way of the Dragon," "Big Boss," and "Fist of Fury," starring Chinese actor Bruce Lee. The author looks at the ways Lee presents the concept of male body and physical prowess in his films both to Chinese and U.S. audiences. Racial stereotypes, Asian sexuality, and audience engagement are also discussed. |
