Change of legal qualification procedure is limited by admitting guilt. The law excludes solution refusing to settle expedited procedure based on the need to change the legal classification or need to extend the process on other facts. Law exclude the solution granting the application to proceed to judgment in proceedings admitting guilt and changing the legal classification by withholding other forms of guilt, other than the defendant acknowledged.
