| Abstrakt: | The article describes a case of neonatal lupus erythematosus (NLE) in a 14-day-old girl. The patient developed a facial rash that spread since a few subtle spots were noted at birth. Prophylactic hydroxychloroquine beginning at six to ten weeks' gestation in women who have previously given birth to a child with NLE and cardiac block is recommended by some investigators. |
