Abstrakt:	The article discusses surgical procedures for neurogenic claudication and spinal stenosis. Particular focus is given to a linked paper by neurosurgery resident Dr. Wouter A. Moojen and colleagues which reports two treatment options for adults with neurogenic claudication secondary to spinal stenosis. A brief historical overview of spinal stenosis and neurogenic claudication is presented. The article also discusses other ways to alleviate the effects of spinal stenosis.
