Abstrakt: The article reports on the personalized shopping services offered by Montreal, Quebec-based food retail company Metro Inc. in partnership with British marketing firm Dunnhumby Ltd. Metro's vice president and chief marketing officer Marc Giroux states that Dunnhumby has helped them develop an integrated platform for its loyalty program with its website and mobile applications. It also provides an overview of Metro's electronic coupons, electronic recipes and digital ecosystem.
