Abstrakt:	The article indicates that looked after children (LAC) in Great Britain have high levels of unmet health needs including immunisations and that the immunisation status of LAC can be difficult to ascertain. It discusses the development of an immunisation look-up tool. The need for healthcare providers to address its key messages and for champions within LAC to continue to improve information governance is also suggested.
