Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a giant, pendunculated, soft fibroma in an 18-year-old girl with tuberous sclerosis. The patient was presented with history of large, cauliflower-like, asymptomatic mass over the left side of the neck since ten years. Clinical examination revealed ash-leaf macuoles over the lumbo-sacral region, facial angiofibroma and shagreen patch over the back. Dermatologists planned excision of the mass and skin grafting.
