| Abstrakt: |
The article offers guides to energy efficiency in sustainable roofing. According to the article, a building that uses less energy is energy efficient which can be achieved by installing improved insulation layers in the roofing system, keeping air from migrating across and within the insulation layer and transferring heat across an insulation layer. At least two layers of roof insulation with staggered joints will also greatly increase a building's energy efficiency. |
