The article presents information on the findings of the Institute for Higher Education Policy's (IHEP's) report entitled "Delinquency: The Untold Story of Student Loan Borrowing," on the repayment experiences of student loan borrowers. It is mentioned that the report uses data from five of the largest student loan guaranty agencies. It analyzes nearly 8.7 million borrowers with almost 27.5 million loans who entered repayment during October 1, 2004 and September 30, 2009. |
