Abstrakt: Milk is one of the most complex and complete food, with high nutritive value and an important role in human feed. The aim of this study was to make a review over the main physical-chemical parameters of raw milk (density, freezing point, fat content, non fat dry substance, protein content), supervised over 6 months, at several collecting points from Suceava County. That experimental data obtaining were statistically processed and subsequent compared with legal normative for admitted values for raw milk quality parameters [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
