Spontaneous coronary artery dissection in pregnancy.

Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old pregnant woman presented with acute onset central chest pain associated with vomiting and palpitation. The patient underwent electrocardiography and coronary angiography which revealed mild hypokinesia and dissection of small obtuse marginal branch. The article discusses acute myocardial infarction in pregnant women caused by spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD).
