Abstrakt: | The article looks at the state of the U.S. property market. The Federal Reserve Banks reported on its table that building permits issued in 166 chosen cities all over the U.S. increased from 50,500 in May 1921 to 69,500 in May 1922. Prices of building materials increased as the building permits issued grew as the price of yellow pine lumber, one of the construction raw materials, grew from 47 dollars in August 1921 to 53 dollars in August 1922. |
