Abstrakt:	The article examined intellectual property developments in relation to the Asian values in terms of Asian cultures, practices, and conditions that can help provide the needed force to help Asia establish unified positions on intellectual property law and policy. It further explored the role Asian countries would play if emerging countries exert more influence on the development of the international intellectual property system.
