| Abstrakt: |
The article examines plant defensin's secretion status in Arabidopsis cotyledons with the attempted intrusion of pathogen Colletotrichum gloeosporiodes. The study shows the increase of endoplasmic reticulum-localized protein secretion during the pathogen attack in Arabidopsis. It attributes the increased secretion to the trial of pathogen infection. |
