The aim of this study was to evaluate the recovery time of elbow range of motion after treatment of Gartland's type II and III supracondylar fractures of distal humerus in children who attended a program of occupational therapy (OT). A randomized control design (RCD) was conducted to compare the two groups (OT group and Control group) and several statistical methodologies have been used to compare them. In all the cases the results point out to a faster recover in the OT group. All the analysis were performed using the package R version 3.0.1. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
