The article presents a country risk report on Bulgaria with forecast highlights for 2014-18. It indicates strained political stability after the formation of a ruling coalition comprising the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) representing ethnic Turks in May 2013. The European Union will stay its demand for judicial reform and greater efforts to fight corruption and crime. Its growth is expected to accelerate to an annual average of 3.2% in 2014-18. |
