The article discusses marketing tactics to spread the word that one's pizzeria is a safe haven for customers with celiac disease. It notes that a gluten-free lifestyle is the only treatment available for those with celiac disease and offering gluten-free foods attracts and maintain new guests. Pizzeria operators can show they care about this segment by society by offering gluten-free for each part of the menu. It suggests showing a real commitment to make sure these customers are safe. |
