| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on spectroscopy of spark and emission spectrum of air. It shows method to acquire and measure the air spectra to provide information that is useful for a physics lab at high school level. It mentions that in the experiment spark was photographed with a digital camera which reproduces the emission spectra of atoms involved in ionization of air. It states that more quantitative approach to the phenomenon can be taken by using a procedure of calibration of observed spectrum. |
