| Abstrakt: |
The article presents information on restructuring of the board of the Community and Hospital Infection Control Association (CHICA-Canada). It is stated that the purpose of the restructuring is to enable the board and its staff to perform their roles in governance of the organization. The association is well-managed by its board and staff currently, but board discussion has centered on staff-based issues. |
